- 16 oz mushrooms, finely chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme, dried
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped mushrooms until they release their moisture and become golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the cooked mushrooms and garlic until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
- Serve warm with toasted baguette slices, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
