Ingredients:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice (freshly squeezed)

  • 1 cup heavy cream

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture evenly among individual glasses, pressing it down to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and key lime zest until smooth and thick.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the key lime mixture until fully combined.
  6. Spoon the key lime filling over the crust in each glass, spreading it evenly.
  7. Chill the glasses in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
