Hot Sausage Beer Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb halal ground sausage
  • 1 cup non-alcoholic beer
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, cook the halal ground sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the non-alcoholic beer and bring to a simmer.
  4. Reduce heat to low and add the cream cheese, stirring until melted and well combined.
  5. Gradually stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Add the mozzarella cheese, diced tomatoes (if using), sliced green onions, and smoked paprika. Stir until well combined.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve the dip warm with your favorite chips, pretzels, or fresh vegetables.
