Ingredients:
- 1 lb halal ground sausage
- 1 cup non-alcoholic beer
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- In a large skillet, cook the halal ground sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Stir in the non-alcoholic beer and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat to low and add the cream cheese, stirring until melted and well combined.
- Gradually stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the mozzarella cheese, diced tomatoes (if using), sliced green onions, and smoked paprika. Stir until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the dip warm with your favorite chips, pretzels, or fresh vegetables.
