Ingredients:
- 1 box brownie mix (plus required ingredients per package instructions)
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Fresh strawberries for garnish
Directions:
- Preheat the oven and prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake as directed.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely. Once cooled, arrange the sliced strawberries evenly over the top.
- In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat and add the dark chocolate chips, stirring until smooth and glossy.
- Pour the chocolate ganache over the strawberries and brownies, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set the ganache before slicing into squares.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries and serve.
