Ingredients:
400g digestive biscuits
200g dark chocolate
100g milk chocolate
250g unsalted butter
200g sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Directions:
Break the digestive biscuits into small pieces and set aside.
In a heatproof bowl, combine the dark chocolate, milk chocolate, butter, and cocoa powder.
Place the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (double boiler method) and stir until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.
Remove the bowl from heat and stir in the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
Add the broken biscuits to the chocolate mixture and mix until all pieces are well coated.
Line a rectangular baking dish with parchment paper and pour the mixture into the dish, pressing it down evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
Once set, remove from the dish and cut into squares before serving.
