2 cups fresh broccoli florets (finely chopped and steamed)

1 cup breadcrumbs (plus extra for coating)

Instructions

Steam the broccoli just until tender, then finely chop it. Let it cool completely.

In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped broccoli, cheddar, mozzarella, parmesan, 1 cup breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.

Roll the mixture into small balls using your hands.

Coat each ball lightly in extra breadcrumbs for a crispier texture.

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Once hot, fry the broccoli cheese balls in batches until golden brown and crispy (about 2-3 minutes per batch).
