Ingredients:
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 2 large eggs
– 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
– 1/4 cup milk
– 1 tablespoon orange zest
– 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, cream the sugar and butter together until light and fluffy.
4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until fully incorporated.
5. Stir in the orange juice, milk, and orange zest. The mixture may look slightly curdled; this is normal.
6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
7. Gently fold in the cranberries.
8. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.
9. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
10. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
