Ingredients of Banana Pudding:

  • 1 package of vanilla wafers
  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Crushed vanilla wafers (for garnish)

Directions of Banana Pudding:

  1. Prepare the instant vanilla pudding mix according to the package instructions using the 2 cups of milk. Set aside to thicken.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  3. Layer the bottom of each serving glass with vanilla wafers.
  4. Add a layer of banana slices over the wafers.
  5. Spoon a layer of vanilla pudding over the bananas.
  6. Add a layer of whipped cream over the pudding.
  7. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of whipped cream on top.
  8. Garnish with a banana slice and crushed vanilla wafers.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
