Ingredients of Banana Pudding:
- 1 package of vanilla wafers
- 4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped cream (for topping)
- Crushed vanilla wafers (for garnish)
Directions of Banana Pudding:
- Prepare the instant vanilla pudding mix according to the package instructions using the 2 cups of milk. Set aside to thicken.
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- Layer the bottom of each serving glass with vanilla wafers.
- Add a layer of banana slices over the wafers.
- Spoon a layer of vanilla pudding over the bananas.
- Add a layer of whipped cream over the pudding.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of whipped cream on top.
- Garnish with a banana slice and crushed vanilla wafers.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
