Ingredients:
3 medium cucumbers, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
1 medium onion, sliced and cut into rings
3 medium-sized tomatoes, cut into wedges
Half a cup of vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 teaspoons salt
1 tsp coarse ground black pepper
1/4 cup oil
instructions:
1) Peel and cut the cucumber into 1/4-inch-thick slices, then chop the onion into slices and separate into rings, then reduce the tomatoes into slices and toss them in a large mixing bowl.
2) Add ½ cup vinegar, ¼ sugar, 1 cup water, 2 teaspoons salt, black pepper, and oil.
