Ingredients:
Crust:

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tbsp granulated sugar
Nutella Cheesecake Layer:

16 oz (450g) cream cheese, softened

1 cup Nutella

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup whipped topping (or whipped cream)
Topping:

1/2 cup Nutella, melted slightly for drizzling

Crushed hazelnuts or chocolate shavings (optional)
Instructions:

Prepare the crust:
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a parchment-lined 8×8 inch pan. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes. -
Make the cheesecake layer:
Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add Nutella, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Beat until creamy and fully combined. Gently fold in the whipped topping. -
Assemble the bars:
Spread the Nutella cheesecake mixture evenly over the chilled crust. Smooth the top with a spatula. -
Chill to set:
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm (overnight is best). -
Finish and serve:
Drizzle with melted Nutella and top with crushed hazelnuts or chocolate shavings. Slice into bars and enjoy!
