The Best No Bake Nutella Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients:

Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

Nutella Cheesecake Layer:

  • 16 oz (450g) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup Nutella

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup whipped topping (or whipped cream)

Topping:

  • 1/2 cup Nutella, melted slightly for drizzling

  • Crushed hazelnuts or chocolate shavings (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the crust:
    In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a parchment-lined 8×8 inch pan. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.

  2. Make the cheesecake layer:
    Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add Nutella, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Beat until creamy and fully combined. Gently fold in the whipped topping.

  3. Assemble the bars:
    Spread the Nutella cheesecake mixture evenly over the chilled crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.

  4. Chill to set:
    Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm (overnight is best).

  5. Finish and serve:
    Drizzle with melted Nutella and top with crushed hazelnuts or chocolate shavings. Slice into bars and enjoy!
