Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 cups warm water
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp active dry yeast
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup pizza sauce
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• Optional: pepperoni slices, diced green peppers, or cooked sausage

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix warm water and sugar. Sprinkle yeast on top and let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
2. Stir in salt, oil, and flour. Mix until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
3. Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
4. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking sheet.
5. Press dough evenly into the pan. Spread pizza sauce over the top, then sprinkle with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
6. Add your favorite toppings if desired.
7. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
8. Let cool slightly, slice into rectangles, and serve hot.
