Yogurt sponge cake


350g natural yoghurt
4 eggs
100g sugar
50g cornstarch
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Granulated sugar

1. Begin by separating the yolks from the whites.
2. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar then add the starch, the baking powder and the yogurt.
3. Beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt.
4. Add to mixture and mix well.
5. Pour the mixture into a mold and bake at 170 degrees for 50 minutes
