INGREDIENTS:
1 small (chopped) Cabbage
6 to 8 (chopped) Green or red tomatoes
6 medium (chopped) Bell peppers
6 large (chopped) Onions:
2 hot (chopped) Peppers
3 cups Sugar
5 cups White vinegar
1/4 cup (pickling salt is fine too) Salt
Directions:
To beging with, you’re going to get a large pot and put in all ingredients and bring to a boil. Immediately reduce heat and cook until desired tenderness is achieved, it takes around 20 to 25 minutes.
Make sure to put in pint jars and sealed. This recipe should make 8 to 9 pints. If you’re willing to use for one night of dinner, I recommend you to cut recipe down
